How it works
- In Messages, tap +, then WhenFree. Your week appears as a board of free and busy time.
- Tap the times that work, or let Suggest pick three. The reply is written for you.
- Send it as a normal message. If they have WhenFree too, they can tap a time to book it on both calendars.
- The WhenFree keyboard does the same in any app, like Mail, WhatsApp or Slack.
Private by design
WhenFree reads the calendars on your iPhone and works out your free time on the device. It has no server and no WhenFree account, and only the times you choose go into your message. If you choose to connect a Google or Outlook account, your iPhone asks Google or Microsoft directly for the times you are busy. The privacy policy has the details.
