Yes. Start an event when you set up your booth. Fair Till attributes sales, refunds and expenses to it, and when you end the event you see net profit after booth fee, travel and materials, with sales tax kept separate from revenue.
How do I load my products?
Import products from another point-of-sale system or accounting software export (Excel and Windows files included), scan barcodes, or take a photo and let on-device Apple Intelligence suggest a name, price and category. You review before anything is saved.
Can it split a bill or send receipts?
Yes. Split a bill evenly across up to eight people, each paying their own way. Refund any sale, linked to the original. Text or print a PDF receipt in two taps.
Is Fair Till free?
The full register, receipts, events, sales export and a daily allowance of AI insights are free. Premium is a one-time purchase with no subscription and unlocks unlimited AI insights, the weekly digest and unlimited sales history.
Does it handle sales tax?
Enter your ZIP code for a starting sales-tax rate, then adjust per event. Mark any product non-taxable, and tax applies only to what is taxable in the cart.
Does it need Apple Intelligence?
Only for the AI features (product suggestions from photos and the written summary of your week). The register, receipts and events do not.
