How the options compare
- Calendly, Cal.com: The right tool if you want fully automatic booking, buffers across a team or lots of meeting types. It sends a link, and some people find a link impersonal for a quick reply.
- Google Calendar appointment schedules: Handy if you live in Google Calendar (what is included depends on your Google plan). Again a page, not a sentence.
- Typing it by hand: No tool, no cost, and you will mistype a day eventually.

WhenFree is for the quick conversational ask: "when are you free?" Pick the slots, send. Offered times can stay marked on your week in Pro so you do not give the same slot to two people.
It will not auto-book or confirm for you. If you need the other person to book without a reply from you, use a booking link.
